Shipping within India:
We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs.100/- on orders below 2500/- across India.
However, as an exception,this rate could vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel.
We will confirm the change of rate on email/call before dispatching the merchandise.
Once you place an order your Juttis would be delivered within 7 working days.
Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

Once you place an order, your Juttis would be delivered within 10 working days. We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on international orders.

Order Confirmation and Shipping
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering.We shall provide you with the tracking details in the same order confirmation email. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, If you want to swap your juttis for another size then please notify us on info@vanshikaahuja.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you in its original packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. The Juttis can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable, you could then exchange it for another style of the same value.You can write to us at info@vanshikaahuja.com or call us at +919999343354 and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging your pair of VA juttis. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do the needful so we can serve you better. Please Note the company stands committed to accept only the unworn pairs. Buyers please note that defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned only if it’s unworn. Steps for exchange for merchandise bought on full price:
1. For exchange please drop us an email to info@vanshikaahuja.com with your original order number along with details of exchange.
2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us on the following address (please do keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)

3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the size/style change.

Juttis bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned.
